Katrina Kaif in Arundhati hindi remake

Katrina Kaif is actually enjoying the success of her recent movies Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara as well as Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, She is currently busy capturing for Salman starrer Ek Tha tiger. According to the sources she'll star in the remake of the Telugu film Arundhati that was a blockbuster hit in 2009. Gemini Film Circuit productions have bought the rights of the movie to be produced in Hindi and are approaching various actresses. Apart from Katrina, Kareena Kapoor as well as Rani Mukherji’s name was also considered. The film experienced grossed nearly ` 40 crores.

Arundhathi is directed by Kodi Rama Krishna and made by Shyam Prasad Reddy on his Mallemala productions banner. Sonu Sood’s characterization is among the highlights of the movie.
