Sources say that there had been an offer of around Rs 2. 5 crores for the film for the whole Karnataka region, but then the producers of Eega are expecting greater than that. This is because of Sudeep’s popularity within Karnataka.
While Eega is not being dubbed within Kannada, if all goes well, the film may as well rake in offers and profits like a immediate Kannada film. The film has Nani as well as Samantha in lead roles and Sudeep is actively playing the villain’s role. S S Rajamouli is directing the film and he's also written the story. M M Keeravani is actually composing the music and Sai Korrapati has created it.
