A leading producer, Mohan Natarajan has filed a complaint on her behalf alleging that she did not return him the actual advance, which he had given for a movie. Apparently, Ileana had agreed to act in a film to become directed by Boopathi Pandian and Mohan Natarajan was to create it. He paid her Rs 40 lakhs ahead of time and he when he approached her for times, she said that she didn’t have any.
Later on, Mohan signed another actress for the film and for recent years months, he had been asked Ileana to come back the advance. When she didn’t oblige to their request despite several attempts, Mohan Natarajan approached the producers’ council to consider appropriate action.
