Did YVS Chowdary cheat Pawan Kalyan ?

In October 2010, he started a brand new project Rey, which will introduce the nephew from the Konidela family, Sai Dharam Tej. YVS is generating and directing it in his home banner ‘Bommarillu’.  Having a budget of Rs 12 crores. Even after 16 months in shooting, the movie isn't any where near completion. Both the heroines of the movie walked from the project.
