Super Star Rajinikanth’s Basha releasing this week

BASHA - the iconic film of Superstar Rajinikanth has been released again with digital enhancements to improve movie and audio quality. Suresh Krishna is the director of this movie and Nagma may be the heroine. Deva scored the music for this movie. The movie will be striking the screens this Friday in Andhra Pradesh within Hindi format. The movie has a cult following across Southern India and Rajini’s mannerisms and stylish dialogues are popular even today. The Telugu version is expected to follow along with shortly. The movie is famous because of its punch dialogues and fast paced narration. We will need to wait and see what kind of an impact ‘Basha’ will create in the Box Office.

Super Star Rajinikanth blesses Sneha and Prasanna

Sneha and Prasanna were married at a grand ceremony on May 20th and also the couple have been enjoying a wave of publicity and goodwill in the market. Celebrity Rajinikanth has blessed the newly married couple Sneha and Prasanna by personally paying them a call. Rajinikanth could not make it for their wedding and so he decided to pay the couple an individual visit. He also gifted them a specially painted family portrait of Raghavendra Swamy. Sneha and Prasanna were overjoyed with the actual Superstar’s gesture.

Deepika Padukone joins with Rajinikanth in Kerala

Deepika Padukone offers joined the team of Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Kochadaiyaan. Soundarya Rajinikanth had recently announced that the movie will hit the screens in September and since lots of CG is involved in the making of the actual film. The film unit happens to be in Trivandrum, Kerala to shoot some crucial moments. Deepika Padukone couldn’t sign up for the team since she was busy shooting the woman's upcoming Hindi film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. KS Ravikumar has written the story. A R Rahman is composing the actual music. The actual film also stars Shobana, Sharatkumar, Aadhi, Rukmini as well as Nazar.

Rajinikanth Kochadaiyaan New Still

Sneha walks out of Rajinikanth’s upcoming film

We had reported earlier that Sneha will play Rajinikanth’s sister in the latter’s upcoming 3D film Kochaadaiyaan to become directed by Soundarya R Ashwin.  The latest news in Kollywood is that Sneha has walked from the film citing date issues. Rukmini, who was last seen in the film titled Ananda Tandavam, has been signed up for that role. A R Rahman is composing the actual music and K S Ravikumar has written the actual story.

Deepika Padukone in Rajinikanth’s 3D Movie

Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone was said to be the heroine in Superstar Rajinikanth’s movie ‘Rana’ however the project was cancelled after Rajinikanth fell ill. She is the latest star to become confirmed for this mega project. Now the Bollywood starlet is going to be seen in the upcoming 3D film Kochaadaiyaan alongside Rajinikanth which was confirmed officially.


A R Rahman is composing the tunes with this ambitious project. The film has a number of prominent actors like Shobana, Aadhi, Sneha and Prithviraj. This film will take advantage of performance capture techniques and there is a eager buzz surrounding the project.

Bollywood Famous Top Actress Katrina Kaif is all set to romance with south super star Rajinikanth inside a Tamil film titled "Kochadaiyaan", which is being aimed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya. According to the sources "In Kochadaiyaan film, Rajinikanth plays a king, a devotee of Head of the family Shiva. His love story with Katrina, their tunes, will be shot on an epic scale.



As per the reliable sources Katrina Kaif assured that she'll adjust her dates for the Tamil film within the next few months. Presently Katrina is hectic with her current projects Ek Tha Tiger along with Salman Khan, and an untitled one with Shah Rukh Khan within Bollywood.


Soundarya also confirmed this news "by saying that people are indeed in talks with Katrina and we'll let you know soon". A R Rahman has recorded the majority of the music, including the love song to be shot on Rajinikanth and Katrina.

Rajinikanth's Rana in Pre-production stage

South Indian Super Star Rajinikanth's upcoming much awaited film Rana will stop start its shooting once Rajini kanth wraps up their current 3D film Kochadaiyaan. Deepika Padukone is romancing Rajini in Rana while Sonu Sood like a baddie in the movie. A. R. Rahman is going to be rendering tunes for the movie.

Rana director K. S. Ravikumar informed this news that Rana will start its work once after Kochadaiyaan is totally done. Rajinikanth will be seen in triple functions in Rana. Rana is the high budget film in Rajinikanth's carrer. Rajini Kanth to be fit since the shooting involves physical activities like horse riding and also the costumes have heavy weight each of 25 Kilos.  Soundarya Ashwin as well as Eros International jointly producing Rajini's Rana movie.

Rajini Kanth Basha releasing again

Southern Indian Super Star Rajini Kanth’s blockbuster film Basha’ releasing once more today in the digital version in Chennai nearly within four theatres. This film was released in the 12 months 1995 which created sensation in entire South India. Analysts described this film a boon for Rajini Kanth fans that missed to determine the original film in theatre in the year 1995.

Nagma was the key heroine of the film directed by Suresh Krishna. SIXTH IS V. Rajammal and Thamilazhagan. V produced the movie and Deva obtained the music. The movie was made with the spending budget of aroung 10 crores and grossed near about 50 crores.

Super Star Rajinikanth turns Dheera

Superstar Rajinikanth’s next film Sultan – The Warrior has just as before gone for a title change. The film has been initially titled as Hara and later ended up being Sultan – The Warrior. Now it is has been changed to Dheera within the Tamil version.

Sources reveal that Soundarya Rajinikanth is in plans of changing the title for sometime now and it has finally short listed three titles. After discussing with her father Superstar Rajinikanth as well as movie bosses, she decided on the title Dheera.

She felt that the title would complement the character played by Rajini. Dheera is said to have both computer animation scenes and live, and more interestingly Soundarya is planning to bring it out in 3D too. Rajinikanth will be seen in a new avatar as a warrior as well as will be delivering some punch dialogues. The animation work will be carried out by Soundarya Rajinikanth's Ocher Studios.

Dheera features Prakash Raj, Vijayalakshmi, Rahul Dev yet others in the cast. AR Rahman is scoring the music for this movie.

Meanwhile, Rajini is going to start Rana by end of October or even early November.

Super Star Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone's Duet Song

It was a few days ago we found that Rahman has completed scoring three songs, and also completed the recording of a song by Rana.

Anyone who has had the opportunity to hear this song came with praise for ARR and he loved the track. Director KS Ravikumar after hearing this song is very eager to start filming this song. Deepika Padukone is known for his dance moves and when mixed with Rajini screen presence will be an energy mix. The song is sure to turn Chartbuster once released.

The team works on a pace to complete pending tasks before the film begins its rotation.

Rana shooting will start from September and muster rolls of all the stars and supporting casts were made by KS Ravikumar.

ఇటీవల అనారోగ్యంతో హాస్పిటల్ లో చేరి మెరుగైన వైద్యం కోసం సింగపూర్ కి వెళ్ళిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. అయితే రజనీకాంత్ ప్రస్తుతం పూర్తిగా కోలుకున్నారు. హాస్పిటల్ నుండి డిశ్చార్జ్ కూడా అయ్యాడు. మరో 15 రోజుల తర్వాత ఇక్కడికి వస్తాడని తెలుస్తోంది. ప్రస్తుతం ఆయన అక్కడే విశ్రాంతి తీసుకుంటున్నాడు. అయితే రజనీకాంత్ కోసం చిరంజీవి సింగపూర్ వెళ్ళాడు. వీరిద్దరి మధ్య మంచి స్నేహం ఉంది. రజనీకాంత్ ఇక్కడికి వచ్చిన తర్వాత పలకరించేకంటే సింగపూర్ లోనే ప్రశాంతగా కలవవచ్చని చిరంజీవి భావించాడట. అందుకని రజనీకాంత్ కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా సింగపూర్ ఫ్లైట్ ఎక్కాడట మన మెగాస్టార్.
